§ 117.042 STANDARDS AND INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   The Health Officer of the village shall prescribe rules and regulations pertaining to the operation and standards of day nurseries.
   (B)   The Health Officer and the Fire Chief shall make periodic inspections of all premises used as day nurseries and shall issue such orders as they deem necessary to maintain health standards and fire protection.
