§ 117.017 INSPECTION OF PREMISES.
   It shall be the duty of the Health Officer or some other person designated by the Village President and Board of Trustees to inspect every establishment licensed under this subchapter as often as necessary to insure compliance with this subchapter and all other provisions of this code and other ordinances of the village relative thereto.
