§ 116.050 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   LUMBERYARD. Any place used for the storage of lumber, wooden containers or wood in an amount exceeding 5,000 board feet shall be construed to be a lumberyard.
