§ 116.030 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FLORIST. Any person engaged in the business of selling flowers, shrubs or ornamental plants at retail in the village shall be construed to be a florist.
