§ 116.003 INSURANCE REQUIRED.
   Every establishment where the business of selling Christmas trees is conducted outdoors must also provide a memorandum of insurance to the village to protect the village from any liability of any injury to persons on the premises or adjacent sidewalk or parkway. The limits of the insurance policy shall be set by the President and Board of Trustees.
