For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT. Any premises, place of business or membership club, where there is conducted the business or activity of furnishing, providing or giving for a fee or other form of consideration, a massage, fomentation, bath, manipulation of the body, electric or magnetic treatment, alcohol rub or other similar massage service or procedure.
