§ 114.03 SIGNS.
   (A)   No poster, placard or sign advertising such sale shall be placed on any public street, village parkway or village sign or light pole.
   (B)   Any and all posters, placards and signs placed on private property advertising such sale shall be removed immediately after such sale.
