(A) Any permit so issued shall be limited to two consecutive weekends only Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
(B) There shall be no fee charged for such a permit.
(C) Only one permit per calendar year shall be issued to any household of the village; such permit shall be prominently displayed on the residence where the sale is to be held.
(D) No such sale shall commence before the hour of 9:00 a.m. nor extend beyond 8:00 p.m.
(E) Sales items purchased for initial sale or resale may not be sold from a private residence.
