§ 112.04 LOCAL LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSIONER TO ISSUE LICENSES.
   Upon receipt of a properly completed application as the Commissioner may require, and after a complete and thorough investigation, the Commissioner may issue a license under this chapter to any person properly qualified and pursuant to the terms, conditions and restrictions of this chapter.
