(A) Registration. It shall be unlawful to conduct or operate any business within the village not otherwise licensed under the terms of other applicable ordinances without having first obtained a business registration and without paying the annual registration fee.
(B) Fee. Applications for business registration shall be made each year. An annual fee of $40 shall be submitted to the village with the application.
