The location of any business or occupation licensed pursuant to this code or ordinance of the village or of any act so permitted may be changed, provided ten days' notice thereof is given to the Village Comptroller, in the absence of any provision to the contrary, provided that the building, zoning and frontage consent requirements of this code and ordinances of the village are complied with.
