§ 101.14 RECORDATION PROHIBITED WITHOUT CODE COMPLIANCE STAMP.

No recordation of any title conveying or purporting to convey title to property shall be valid unless such documentation is affixed with a stamp indicating "Certificate of Compliance and Occupancy" by the village.
