(A) Required certifications of roofs, heating equipment, fire related systems and the like shall be performed by individuals or business's licensed to do business in the village.
(B) Certifications shall be for continued and safe operation of the component, device or equipment. Minimum acceptable certification for roofs shall be three to five years useful life.
