§ 100.068 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
No certificate of occupancy shall be issued unless and until the requirements for final approval of § 100.067 have been met. A temporary occupancy permit may be authorized by the Comptroller, or his or her designee, due to weather conditions or when the village does not inspect the landscaping within 24 hours of a request for such, provided a written commitment is provided by the developer stating the completion date of the landscape installation. The Comptroller, or his or her designee, may, in his or her sole and absolute discretion, require an escrow or performance bond equal to 100% of the landscaping for such temporary certificate of occupancy. In no event shall a temporary occupancy permit be issued for a period greater than six months.
