(A) Applicability. All nonresidential and multiple-family residential developments shall provide perimeter landscaping along the boundaries of the property, except within the required front yard building setback line, in accordance with Table 2 of Appendix B.
(B) Ground cover. In conventional landscapes, except where occupied by planting beds, all perimeter landscaping areas shall be sodded. In permitted natural landscaping areas, the ground cover may be prairie, savanna, or woodland forbs and seeds.
