§ 100.053 PLANTING BEDS.

Shrub and tree planting beds shall be mulched with shredded bark mulch to a minimum depth of three inches. Ground cover plantings, including perennial and annual flowers, shall be mulched to a minimum depth of one inch. Stone mulch is not permitted.
