§ 100.002 REGULATED ACTIVITY.
   The following activities are regulated activities under this subchapter:
   (A)   Any activity that anticipates or involves the actual or reasonably likely damage to, or removal of any tree within the village limits having a trunk size of four inches or greater;
   (B)   Any activity that anticipates or involves the actual or reasonably likely damage to, or removal of any multibranch tree within the village with an aggregate diameter of eight inches or greater as measured at diameter breast height 54 inches above the established ground level;
   (C)   Any activity that anticipates or involves the actual or reasonably likely damage to, or removal of any evergreen tree in the village measuring five vertical feet or more in height;
   (D)   Any application for approval of a subdivision of land as defined in the subdivision ordinance;
   (E)   Any application for a permit to construct or demolish any improvements, buildings or structures, including all activities that are proposed to result in a grade change;
   (F)   Any application for a special use permit under the zoning code that anticipates or involves the actual or reasonably likely damage or removal of any tree; and
   (G)   The removal of 20% or more of the total DBH of all trees located on a parcel of land with an area equal to or greater than one-half acre within a 365-day period.
