All lots, buildings and structures in the village shall be numbered in accordance with the following plan:
Numbers shall begin with 2141 at the easterly limits of the village and this number shall be the base for the east and west streets; numbers shall begin, for the base for the north and south streets, at the most northerly limits of the village with one. There shall be no designation of south, north, east or west as regards the house numbers. Odd numbers shall be on the north and east sides of the street and there shall be one number for every 25 feet.
