§ 99.093 MAINTENANCE OF PROPERTY AND SURROUNDING PROPERTIES.
   (A)   The applicant shall maintain the property where all work occurs under the property grading and excavation permit and all streets, sidewalks, and other public property in and adjacent to the property in a reasonably good and clean condition at all times during grading and excavation activity on the property. Further, the applicant shall promptly clean all mud, dirt, or debris deposited on any street, sidewalk, or other public property in or adjacent to the property by the applicant, and shall repair any damage that may be caused by the activities of the applicant.
   (B)   If the village gives the applicant notice to clean all mud, dirt, or debris deposited on any street, sidewalk, or other public property in or adjacent to the property where all work occurs under the property grading and excavated permit, and the applicant neglects to clean, or undertake with due diligence to clean, the affected public property within the same day of receipt of such notice, then the village shall be entitled to clean, either with its own forces or with contract forces, the affected public property and to recover from the applicant the most current per hour charge or public works employees, multiplied by the number of personnel reasonably required to perform the cleaning.
