§ 96.10 UNLAWFUL DUMPING; REMOVAL.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to cause or to permit the dumping on private or public property of any garbage, discarded construction or building materials, asphalt, liquid or broken concrete, sand, stone or fill of any kind within the village. However, nothing in this section shall prohibit the unloading of needed construction materials or black dirt at a building site designated by a valid building permit.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to cause or to permit the dumping or discharging on private or public property, of any chemicals, solvents, oils, oil distillates, inks and any other chemicals in dry or liquid form within the village.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of division (A) of this section shall remove, at his or her own expense, all unlawfully dumped materials and shall restore the land to its form prior to the dumping. Failure to remove upon notice from the Health Inspector shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
