§ 96.04 HEATING OF RESIDENTIAL PREMISES.
   (A)   Premises lawfully used for residential purposes shall be provided with adequate heat between September 1 and June 1 of each year in accordance with the following minimum temperatures:
      (1)   Seventy-two degrees Fahrenheit from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
      (2)   Sixty-five degrees Fahrenheit from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
      (3)   Such temperatures shall be averaged throughout the apartment.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the owner or persons in charge of any premises so used, where there is a central heating plant controlled by the owner or such persons in charge, to maintain and provide such heat during the periods provided above.
