§ 95.44 OBLIGATION OF VILLAGE.
   The village shall furnish fire equipment and personnel, for use outside its boundaries, as provided in the mutual fire aid program agreed to as provided in § 95.42, to any municipality that has agreed to conform to such program and has assumed the obligations imposed upon it thereby.
