A mutual fire aid program conforming to the provisions of § 95.42 has been agreed to by the chiefs of the fire departments of the Villages of Berkeley, Bellwood, Broadview, Hillside, Maywood, Melrose Park and Westchester, and has been submitted to the authorities of the Village of Bellwood. This mutual fire aid program is set forth in a chart on file in the office of the Village Clerk, and subject to change or abrogation by action of the Chief of the Fire Department pursuant to § 95.42. Unless and until so changed or abrogated, the mutual fire aid program as set forth in such chart is ratified as a binding agreement between this village and all other municipalities who shall have adopted such program and shall have assumed the obligations thereby imposed upon them.
