§ 92.46 REDEMPTION OF IMPOUNDED CATS; UNREDEEMED CATS.
   (A)   The owner of a cat impounded pursuant to § 92.45(A) may redeem the cat in question within three days, by paying all license and other fees then due in regard to such cat, together with the sum of $2 per day for the cost of keeping such cat and the cost of advertising, if any.
   (B)   In the event no redemption is made pursuant to division (A) of this section, the poundkeeper shall kill, at the end of the fifth day, any cat so unredeemed.
