§ 92.44 ALLOWING CATS TO DEFECATE UPON PUBLIC STREET, SIDEWALK AND THE LIKE PROHIBITED.
   No person shall cause or permit any cat owned or kept by him or her to create a nuisance by defecating or urinating upon any public street, sidewalk or other place or upon any other premises not owned or controlled by the person owning or keeping the cat.
