§ 92.27 KILLING VICIOUS DOGS.
   In the event a vicious dog at large within the limits of the village cannot safely be taken up and impounded by the Chief of Police or other police officer, it shall be lawful for the Chief of Police or other police officer to kill such vicious dog so at large.
