The Village Clerk is authorized to contract for the installation of a uniform monitoring system to receive visual and audible signals over a signal line or lines at a central location. This system shall have a capacity to meet present needs and the ability to expand for future needs, and shall be available to any subscriber who meets the requirements for a permit for connection.
