(A) It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle for a period of time longer than 3 minutes for the loading and unloading of passengers or 30 minutes for the loading, unloading, pick-up or delivery from commercial vehicles, whether such location has been designated as a loading zone or not, on any street that has been designated by appropriate signs as a snow route at any time the snow exceeds two inches in depth and until the snow stops falling and for the necessary time period until all snow removal operations have been completed.
(B) This schedule shall apply to the following village streets:
(1) Randolph Street;
(2) Twining Avenue;
(3) Oak Street;
(4) Erie Street;
(5) St. Charles Place;
(6) St. Charles Road, east of Eastern Avenue;
(7) Grant Avenue;
(8) Warren Avenue from 22nd to 25th Avenue;
(9) Van Buren Street from 22nd to 25th Avenue;
(10) Adams Street from 22nd to 25th Avenue;
(11) 31st Avenue from St. Charles Road to Oak Street.
(C) Any person violating this schedule shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
