§ 71.107 SOUND AMPLIFICATION; MOTOR VEHICLES.
   (A)   No driver of any motor vehicle within this village shall operate or permit operation of any sound amplification system of any radio or other similar device, which can be heard outside the vehicle from 75 feet or more when the vehicle is being operated upon a street within the village, unless such system is being operated to request assistance or warn of a hazardous situation.
   (B)   This section shall not apply to authorized emergency vehicles.
   (C)    Any person found guilty of violating this section shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $50 for each offense.
