(A) Any owner or operator of a vehicle or motorized cycle who sells or otherwise disposes of such vehicle or cycle and who wishes to transfer an unexpired vehicle sticker to a newly acquired vehicle or bicycle, shall, upon presentment of the old vehicle sticker and the payment of $1, be issued a replacement sticker by the Village Comptroller.
(B) If the vehicle sticker is lost, stolen, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of, a replacement vehicle sticker will be issued by the Village Comptroller upon the payment of full amount of fee as set forth in § 70.03.
