§ 70.04 FAILURE TO OBTAIN VEHICLE LICENSE.
   (A)   Every owner or operator of a vehicle or motorized cycle who resides within the village and who has not obtained a license prior to April 30 shall pay the fees as established in § 70.03 as “May late charges” and twice the full-year fee as established in § 70.03 after June 1.
   (B)   Every owner or operator of a vehicle or motorized cycle moving into the village between June 1 and October 30 has 30 calendar days within which to obtain the required vehicle license at the full-year fees, as established in § 70.03. If the vehicle license is obtained after the 30-day period, the fee shall be twice the full-year fee, as established in § 70.03.
   (C)   Every owner or operator of a vehicle or motorized cycle moving into the village after November 1 or purchasing a new vehicle with new plates after November 1 has 30 calendar days within which to obtain the required vehicle license at the half-year rate, as established in § 70.03. If the vehicle license is obtained after the 30 day period, the fees shall be twice the half-year fee as established in § 70.03.
