(A) The Village of Bellwood shall be authorized to receive payment by credit card of certain fees or debts owed to the Village of Bellwood, including vehicle sticker fees, permit fees, fines, transfer stamps, water bill charges and any other type of fee or debt owed to the Village of Bellwood which falls under the category of authorized obligations as defined by the Local Governmental Acceptance of Credit Cards Act, ILCS Ch. 50, Act 345, §§ 1 et seq.
(B) For each and every credit card transaction accepted by the Village of Bellwood pursuant to this section, regardless of the amount, there shall be imposed a transactional fee of $0.75, which shall be due and payable at the time the payment by credit card is accepted.
