(A) The Village Clerk shall be the Registrar of Vital Statistics for the village.
(B) A report of all births, still births and deaths shall be made to the Registrar of Vital Statistics, which report shall contain all information required by law.
(C) The Registrar of Vital Statistics shall keep a record showing all births, still births and deaths occurring within the village, which record shall include the information required to be kept by statute. The Registrar of Vital Statistics shall make or cause to be made sufficient copies of all such records so that one complete set thereof may be retained and kept by the village.
(D) The provisions of the statutes relative to vital statistics shall be fully complied with by the Registrar of Vital Statistics in connection with vital statistics reports.
