§ 36.02 FISCAL YEAR.
   The fiscal year of the village shall begin on January 1 of each year and end on December 31 of the same calendar year. Whenever in the village code the term fiscal year is used, the same shall mean the period from January 1 through December 31 of any given calendar year.
