§ 35.212 PROCEEDS PAYABLE TO VILLAGE TREASURY.
   All proceeds resulting from the imposition of the self-storage facility accommodations tax, including penalties, shall be paid into the treasury of the village and shall be credited to and deposited in the general corporate fund of the village.
