§ 35.206 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SELF-STORAGE FACILITY. A building or structure containing separately divided storage rooms offered for lease or rent to members of the general public for the storage of personal property.
