§ 32.163 MEETINGS; QUORUM.
   Meetings shall be held on a monthly basis, or at the call of the Chairman, subject to and in accordance with the rules and requirements of the Illinois Open Meetings Act, ILCS Ch. 5, Act 120, §§ 1 et seq. A quorum shall consist of a simple majority of the current membership.
