The Bellwood Property Commission shall consist of five members, including the Village Comptroller, who shall be the ex-officio chairman. The other four members of the Property Commission shall be appointed by the President, subject to confirmation by the Board of Trustees. All members shall serve for a term of three years with the term of two members terminating at the end of one fiscal year and the term of two members terminating in the immediately subsequent fiscal year. All members of the Property Commission shall serve without compensation.
