§ 32.134 FINANCE.
   (A)   The Development Commission shall establish a rate of fees for the consideration and administrative expenses of processing any application for participation in development, programs and projects (hereinafter “application fees”). Application fees shall be paid before any application will be considered. The application fee shall reasonably offset the administration expenses of the operations of the Development Commission. In addition to the application fee, any applicant for participation in the programs and projects of the Development Commission shall be required to reimburse the Development Commission for the actual expenses and costs incurred in the review and evaluation of the application, in excess of the application fee established by the Development Commission. The costs and expenses incurred shall be an obligation of the applicant even in the event that the Development Commission recommends denial of the application.
   (B)   The funds received from the payment of fees and the reimbursement of costs and expenses shall be deposited in the corporate fund of the village and a record maintained thereof.
