The Economic Development Director shall report directly to the Village President and shall be responsible for:
(A) Reviewing the commercial and industrial development of the village;
(B) Advising the Village Clerk and Village President of recommendations to maintain and improve the conditions with the assistance of such grants, tax incentives and other economic development procedures as approved by the Village President and Board of Trustees; and
(C) Performing other duties as may be assigned by the Village President.
