The Plan Commission shall elect a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary and all other necessary officers, and make all necessary rules to properly carry out its functions All the members and officers of the Plan Commission shall serve as such without compensation, except the Secretary, who may receive such compensation as may be fixed from time to time by the President and Board of Trustees. If the Plan Commission deems it advisable to secure technical advice or service it may do so, but it first must obtain from the Board of Trustees authority to incur any expense.
