There is hereby created a plan commission for the village. The Plan Commission shall consist of seven members, consisting of representatives from industrial community, chamber of commerce or business community, financial community and citizens of the village, appointed by the President and Board of Trustees, for a term of one year each, and shall serve until his or her successor is appointed and qualified.
