§ 32.021 COMPOSITION; TERMS.

The Board of Local Improvements shall be composed of the Board of Trustees and the Village President. The Village President shall be chairperson of the Board of Local Improvements, and the Village Clerk shall be Secretary of the Board of Local Improvements.
