§ 32.007 APPEAL PROCEDURE.
   (A)   The person, firm or corporation who is desiring a review of an order or decision of the Building Commissioner/ Fire Chief/Fire Inspector pertaining to permits shall file with the Village Comptroller's office a written petition, on a form to be provided, within seven days of the particular order or decision to be reviewed has been issued by the village official requesting that the particular order or decision be reviewed by the Board. The person, firm, corporation, requesting such review shall also file with the Village Comptroller's office any and all pertinent data or information that he or she or it may care to present to the Board for its consideration, together with a filing fee payable to the village in the amounts as follows:
      (1)   One hundred dollars for single-family dwellings as well as miscellaneous buildings and structures related to the single-family dwelling;
      (2)   One hundred fifty dollars for buildings containing two to four dwelling units;
      (3)   Two hundred and fifty dollars for all other occupancies.
   (B)   Upon the filing of a petition to review any decision or order of the village official any and all work or operations which will or may be directly or indirectly affected by any such decision or order shall cease and no such work or operations shall be commenced until and after a decision or decisions have been rendered by the Board; and any and all terms and provisions of any such decision or decisions of the Board shall have been fully complied with. All decisions and findings of the Board, on an appeal, after a hearing, shall, in instances, be a final administrative determination and shall be subject to review by a court of law as maybe provided.
