(A) Position created. The position of Supervisor of Truck Weighing Inspections is hereby created.
(B) Appointment. The Supervisor of Truck Weighing Inspections shall be hired by the Village Board.
(C) Compensation. The rate of compensation shall be established by the Village Board and may be adjusted from time to time as the Village Board deems appropriate.
(D) Duties and responsibilities. The duties and responsibilities are hereby established as provided in the Supervisor of Truck Weighing Job Description, attached to Ordinance No. 7-24, passed April 25, 2007, as Exhibit A.
