(A) Position created. The position of Village Forester is hereby created as an exempt position, subject to the provisions of this section.
(B) Appointment. The Village Forester shall be hired by the Village Board.
(C) Compensation. The rate of compensation of the Village Forester shall be established by the Village Board and may be adjusted from time to time as the Village Board deems appropriate.
(D) Duties and responsibilities. The duties and responsibilities of the Village Forester are hereby established as provided in the Village Forester Job Description, attached to Ordinance No. 7-10, passed February 28, 2007, as Exhibit A.
