§ 31.46 ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT.
   (A)   Created. There is created the office of Assistant to the President/Chief of Staff, an executive office of the village.
   (B)   Appointment. The Assistant to the President/Chief of Staff shall be appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees.
   (C)   Duties. The duties of the Assistant to the President/Chief of Staff shall be those prescribed by the President.
