§ 31.13 PERSONAL USE OF VILLAGE’S ADDRESS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Village employees shall not use the village address as their address for personal purposes, except as provided herein.
   (B)   Police officers and fire investigators may provide the village address as their home address only for purposes of vehicle registration and titles in accordance with ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 3-405(a)(1).
   (C)   Any correspondence that a village employee receives at the address of the village, other than correspondence from the Illinois Secretary of State’s office to police officers and fire investigators, will be presumed to be work-related and may be subject to being opened and reviewed by village staff. The village will presume that such materials are not confidential and are related to village business and will open the mail in the regular course of business.
