(A) The village adopts the logo as attached in Exhibit A of Resolution 02-13 as the official logo for the village.
(B) All official village letterheads shall bear this logo as well as other marketing materials for the village. No documents shall bear this logo without the official approval of the village.
(C) Village staff is directed to take whatsoever steps are necessary to protect this logo from misuse or misrepresentation.
