(A) The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a written agreement with the Board of County Commissioners authorizing the County Division of Building Regulations to administer, inspect, and enforce the provisions of the Ohio Basic Building Code within the village.
(B) The agreement shall be for one year, and shall thereafter continue in effect until 90-days’ written notice to terminate is given by either party.
